If you create a paid RER account and become a subscriber, we will require additional information, including all details requested from landlords and agents, as well as a description of your campaign and/or property details. We will also collect financial data such as credit card information and billing addresses from subscribers to process billing according to your selected products and services. A representative from easylands.in may contact you to verify your information, and these calls may be recorded for quality analysis and assurance purposes.

Additional information about you that we obtain from third parties: Occasionally, we may receive data about you from third parties to enhance our services. Representations and Warranties by RERs

By registering and/or listing any properties on our Website, each RERs represents and warrants that:

(1) They possess all necessary rights to list the mentioned properties on the Website, ensuring no violation or infringement upon the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any other individual or any relevant laws.

(2) They are in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016, pertaining to the services/products they offer through this platform and the listings/advertisements they post here.

(3) All details of the properties listed on the Platform, provided by the RERs, are current, accurate, and up to date, encompassing location, property specifications, and price.

(4) By listing the properties on the Website, the RERs are granting Easylands.in full rights to authorize its usage and/or sharing of such listing details in any manner, including on any other websites, platforms, etc., affiliated with Easylands.in or any associated third party.

Content Completeness and Authenticity Disclaimers:

Users are advised to exercise caution and verify the completeness and authenticity of property listings and project information. Easylands.in serves as an advertising platform and does not validate the authenticity of content within its services. While efforts are made to address complaints, users should be aware that content is uploaded by advertisers without filtration or verification.

User Agreement:

• Any use or reliance on content or materials posted by other Users on Easylands.in is at the User’s own risk. in does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any user-generated content posted on its website.
• The User understands that the content may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, otherwise inappropriate, or mislabeled.
