- Partners are solely responsible for any guarantees or warranties related to the products or services they provide to customers.
- Customers explicitly allow Easylands.in to share their contact details with third parties to facilitate the desired services.
- Customers must independently verify the rates, service quality, and credentials of Partners before using their services.
- Customers must independently negotiate with Partners for Property Management services. Easylands.in is not involved in these discussions.
- Customers are responsible for providing necessary details and documents to Partners for property management. Easylands.in is not responsible for any transactions or communications between customers and Partners or any third parties.
- in is not liable for any issues or liabilities arising from the work or services performed by Partners.
- in is not liable for any claims related to Promotional Offers provided by Partners.
- in is not responsible for any payments between customers and Partners. Easylands.in is not liable for any defaults by either the customer or Partners.
